Which CMBS loans each tenant backs
Each trust's filing names the three largest tenants at every property it lends on. Here are the 357 tenants named at three or more properties with a live public CMBS loan, with the balance behind them and how much of it is in trouble. When a tenant files for bankruptcy or closes stores, this is the list of loans to check first.
Names are grouped as filed with light cleanup (case, punctuation, "Inc."), so a tenant can appear under a parent and a brand. The filings do not say which leases are guaranteed by whom; the lease date shown is the largest tenant's only.
